Production Supervisor

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Dudley

An excellent opportunity has just arisen for a production manager to join a growing manufacturing business  near Dudley. This role will inolve identifying issues around the plant equipment and then carrying out improment project both large and small.  The production manager is looking for a driven individual with the correct experience. The candidate should also have experience with leading a large team and have the right attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone joining the business as they company have big plans for the future.

Skills required for Production Supervisor:

· Leadership Experience 

· Lean Manufacturing Experience 

· Project Experience

· Continuous Improvement knowledge

· Operational Experience
