I am currently recruiting for a Plant Operative/ Operator to join a large industrial plant commutable to Crawley. This is a great opportunity for an operator/operative who is looking to join a growing and well-established company in their market. You will receive a number of internal training and be involved in First line maintenance too.

Skills required for the Plant Operative/ Operator

• Experience working as a Plant Operative/ Operator is desirable
• You will have experience on either of the following; Operating Weighbridge, driving a loading shovel, good customer service skills, operate plant equipment
• Willing to learn and develop and grow as an opertive
• Experience working in a heavy industrial environment; Brick, Recycling, Glass Manufacturer, Quarry, Asphalt etc
• Happy to maintain the site
• Happy to work Days & nights
