Night Shift Production Manager- Automotive Manufacturing Industry

Salary: £35,000 

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Shift: Permanent Nights- Sunday-Thursday- 8hr Shifts

A large automotive manufacturing company are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Production Manager from a manufacturing background at their brand new state of the art facility in Reading, which they moved into within the last few months. Our client has been established for over 20 years and is looking to double in size over the next 2 years, as they continue to grow their client base. Due to this growth the company are offering a Night Shift Production Manager a long term and rewarding career within a company that values their staff and opportunities to further progress. The Night Shift Production Manager will be in charge of around 20 operatives managing the recruitment, training, performance, discipline and attendance of production staff

Skills required for a Night Shift Production Manager:

• Previous experience as a Production Manager or Team Leader
• Production background
• Experience in a manufacturing environment such as automotive, food, etc
• Previous experience of managing operators
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Understanding of engineering principles
• Happy to work a permanent night shift.
