National Capex Project Manager

OTE: £62,000 + Company Car

Location: Leeds, Yorkshire (Some national travel required)

One the largest blue chip FMCG companies is currently recruiting for a National CAPEX Project Manager with experience of managing multiple large machinery installation CAPEX projects from concept to completion. The National CAPEX  Project Manager will work from home on certain days and will then travel to cover around any 2 or 3 of the 15 factories across the country dependant on what projects they are covering- so will need to be flexible with regards to travel and some stay away. The National CAPEX Project Manager will manage multiple projects at a time and the types of projects will be new machinery installation and commissioning – so the National CAPEX Project Manager will need to have experience of project managing large scale machinery commissioning projects from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced National CAPEX Project Manager as you will be working for one of the largest FMCG brands in the country, have lots of autonomy in your role whilst also having lots of exciting CAPEX projects to get your teeth sunk into.  The company in return will offer the National Capex Project Manager an excellent salary and benefits package including company car and a healthy bonus with lots of opportunity for development and progression.

Skills required for the National CAPEX Project Manager

• CAPEX Project Manager background
• Managed Large scale machinery installation and commissioning projects from concept to completion
• Managed CAPEX projects within an FMCG or related manufacturing environment
• Experienced in people management and leadership, coaching, and influencing
• Budget management
• Experienced in sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of new machinery from suppliers
