Maintenance Team Leader 

Salary: £49,000

M-F Days 

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based in Northampton. The Maintenance Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organising of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Maintenance Team Leader will have 4 direct reports and will in be involved in both hands on engineering work and management duties. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled with a both electrical and mechanical skills.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• MUST have Electrical Engineering Qualification 
• Experience in managing a team of up to 4-5 engineers 
• Experience with planning and organising in a manufacturing environment 
• Mechanical and Electrical Skills 
• Organising and planning experience
