An industry leading company specialising in a range of high demand products currently have an opening for a Engineering Manager within their highly automated state-of-the-art facility in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Skills required for Maintenance Manager:

• Engineering Management experience
• Experience with CAPEX
• Experience implementing PPM Systems
• Knowledge of LEAN Principles
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Engineering qualification
• Experience Managing in a Factory/Manufacturing environment
