Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Multi Skilled (Electrical Bias) Maintenance Engineer to join a successful manufacturing organisation! The business is going through a lot of growth and can offer the right candidate many training opportunities/courses to upskill and develop themselves.

Skills Required:

  • Manufacturing Experience Essential
  • Electrical and Mechanical experience/skills
  • FMCG background
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering
  • 17th or 18th Edition desirable
  • Health & Safety Qualifications desirable

Duties:

  • Carry out mechanical and electrical breakdowns in an effective, safe & timely manner
  • Carry out proactive asset care tasks in line with asset care planned maintenance programme
  • Carry out daily checks, oil & greasing, site services
  • Liaise with the Engineering management team
  • Ensure all tasks carried out are recorded detailing critical information
  • Work safely in accordance with company standards ensuring set procedures are followed
  • Ensure stock replacement systems are complete following part usage
