Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £38,000

Location: Sittingbourne  

Shift : Days role 

As one of the UKs leading companies in its market, my client is currently in need of a maintenance engineer at their site in Kent. The successful Maintenance engineer should be Mechanically bias, but also possess strong electrical knowledge and have previous experience working within a manufacturturing environment. 

This position will require the maintenance engineer to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line.  Added with a competitive salary package and large overtime opportunities, there is also a company pension and other appealing benefits available.

The Maintenance Engineer will need for this role:

• Multi-skilled, with an mechanical bias
• Competent electrically 
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience is desirable
