Finance Business Partner

Salary: Basic £42,500 + Benefits including Bonus, Pension etc

Location:Coventry, West Midlands

A large Blue-Chip organisation is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in the Coventry, West Midlands area. The role of the Finance Business Partner will be to support the Category Director and their team, providing proactive commercial finance decision support to drive strategic and tactical growth.  

Skills required for an Finance Business Partner:

• As a Finance Business Partner, you will ideally be a Graduate.
• Have experience of working with BI/MI systems.
• CIMA fully/part qualified would be advantageous.
• Have strong commercial awareness and highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, and able to influence and work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Ability to make decisions to advance the results and performance of the Group.
• Having the ability to think out of the box and experiment with new solutions
• Understanding, anticipating and meeting the needs of the customers.
• Showing a strong commitment and a sense of ownership for the categories to which they are aligned
