One the largest blue chip FMCG companies is currently recruiting for a Engineering Projects Manager with experience in managing multiple large machinery installation CAPEX projects from concept to completion. The Engineering Project Manager will manage multiple projects at a time and the types of projects will be new machinery installation and commissioning – so the Engineering Project Manager will need to have experience of project management in large scale machinery/Equiptment from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced CAPEX Project Manager as you will be working for one of the largest FMCG brands in the country, have lots of autonomy in your role whilst also having lots of exciting CAPEX projects to get your teeth sunk into.  The company in return will offer the Project Manager an excellent salary and benefits package with lots of opportunity for development and progression.

Skills required for the Engineering Projects Manager

• CAPEX Project Manager background
• Managed Large scale machinery installation and commissioning projects from concept to completion
• Managed CAPEX projects within an FMCG or related manufacturing environment
• Experienced in people management and leadership, coaching, and influencing
• Budget management
• Experienced in sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of new machinery from suppliers
