Salary: £50,000 - £52,000

A world renowned FMCG company are currently recruiting for a new Engineering Manager to drive change and spearhead a large cash injection within their state-of-the-art facility in Esher. Working for a world renowned organsiation the Engineering Manager will have complete authority and autonomy within a large engineering maintenance department that is currently going through millions of pounds worth of investment. Skills required for the Head of Engineering:

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager
• Previous experience of autonomously running a busy engineering department
• Strong technical background in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience of developing and implementing a robust PPM schedule
• Excellent management and leadership skills
