Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Warehousing)

Salary: Basic up to £45,200 + Benefits

Location:Plaistow Wharf, London

A large Blue-Chip Food Manufacturer are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in their Warehousing side of the business. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be required to complete maintenance, repair and breakdown duties on a fleet of Laser Guided Driverless Fork Lift Trucks. This position would suit a Electrical Engineer from a Warehouse / Distribution background who is looking to work with a large business on a Monday – Friday (8 hour shift pattern) days role with exceptional opportunities for career progression.

Skills required for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Ideally Electrical Apprenticeship trained or have at least 5 years practical experience after higher education.
• Worked within a Warehousing / Distribution or Automated environment previously.
• Experience of pre-planned maintenance and reacting to breakdowns.
• Able to fault-find and diagnose from HMI’s.
• Ability to change components, PCB’s and Sensors.
• Willing to work a Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm shift pattern.
