Controls Engineer - Days

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Bow, East London

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Controls Engineer with a strong electrical and automation background and the ability to program PLC's from scratch to join a huge FMCG company based in Bow East London. The controls Engineer will be involved in commissioning all PLC and automation systems for new production lines as well as modifying existing Allen Bradly PLC programs as the company invest heavily into improving the factory. This is a fantastic time to join the business as a Controls Engineer as they are rapidly expanding so have lots of exciting projects and new technology. The ideal Controls Engineer will derive from a strong electrical background and have lots of experience in controls and automation and the ability to program PLC's from scratch.

Skills required for the Controls Engineer:

• The Controls Engineer will need to hold an Electrical or Automation Engineering qualification
• Skills required: Scada systems, PLC programming from scratch, Controls and Automation
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous, but the client is open to consider all backgrounds
