A world renowned FMCG company are currently recruiting for a new Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop, maintain and implement efficient pre-planned maintenance systems using their state-of-the-art CMMS system. Although this role is not managing a team, the Continuous improvement engineer is seen a senior and vital role within the business as they are going through millions of pounds of investment. The Continuous improvement engineer will look at root cause analysis and other machine reliability projects as well as analysing data and implementing solutions to make sure the engineering team are running as efficiently as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for autonym and progression for any Continuous improvement engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Skills required for the Continuous Improvement Engineer

• Previous experience as Continuous Improvement Engineer
• Root cause analysis experience
• Reliability experience
• Data Analysis experience
• Experience of planned maintenance systems and CMMS systems
• Engineering background
• Engineering qualification
