ASME Authorised Inspector

Salary: Basic up to £65,000 + Company Car, Benefits

Location:Manchester, Greater Manchester

A large Blue-Chip organisation is currently looking for a ASME Authorised Inspector to complete inspections across the whole of the UK. The ASME Authorised Inspector will have a portfolio of 10-15 clients in the UK and will be required to complete inspections throughout the process from design right the way through to completion of the product. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within the inspection industry with a leading organisation.

Skills required for an ASME Authorised Inspector:

• The ideal candidate National Board card with "AI" Commission, plus R, N, B endorsements if possible.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Authorised Inspector.
• Pressure Equipment construction code knowledge (e.g., ASME, Harmonized Standards, International Standards and PED).
• Ideally hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have International Welding Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact within a multi-cultural team.
• Be able to cover the whole of the UK.
• The candidate can in fact live anywhere in the Country, but Birmingham or Manchester would be preferable due to location of clients.
